The purpose of this experiment is to provide a video-based facilitated team development experience for hybrid or virtual teams. The experience utilizes video to guide the team through interactions that create personal insight, a deeper understanding of team members, and structured discussion to use this information to evaluate and improve team norms. The core activity of the experience is either building a Lego duck or folding a paper airplane.
