The purpose of this experiment is to test the capabilities of Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Forms) to collect and provide assessment data for employee development and coaching. The sample assessment collects input from several raters on what the participant can do to have the most positive impact on team success. Ideally, the experiment would collect and report on actual data. Coaching and debriefing would be provided to the participants.
